- Isn't the word 'Abandon' inappropriate? You're not discarding the
- window's contents.

- [to whomever... I forget]

- I think we should avoid making too much of a distinction between left and
- right shift. This could get confusing. Using right-shift and arrows,
- etc, could be useful for selecting text, but this is something entirely
- different.
-
- [to someone else... i'm going to have to keep track of names]
- >You're right. How about CTRL+<, CTRL+>, CTRL+SHIFT+< and CTRL+SHIFT+>?
-
- I disagree... Ctrl-< is the same thing as ctrl-, This gets icky. I
- think that ctrl-b for beginning and ctrl-e for end of block is ok.
- ctrl-m for mark block (one where the other end of the block follows where
- the cursor goes like ctrl-^ in PINE) is ok. I could even handle the
- ctrl-( and ) from the keypad, but that's a bit far to reach, so I prefer
- B and E.

- Don't ever use any software that uses Ctrl-A for Select-All
- Don't ever use any software that uses Shift-Backspace to delete a line.
- Unusual tagline, isn't it?
